I've been on the homeowner side of renovation many times.

I've owned and renovated multiple homes and cabins, and I've experienced firsthand just how many decisions go into creating a home that looks beautiful, functions well and makes financial sense.

As a licensed California real estate agent, I also bring a perspective that goes beyond aesthetics. I understand how design choices can affect a home's functionality, marketability, and long-term value.

Over the years, I've developed a natural talent for seeing what a space could become, and, just as importantly, understanding what it takes to get there.

Our Process

Free Consultation

We'll start with a free consultation so we can learn more about the scope of your project and discuss your design needs. We'll also review our process and pricing so you know exactly what to expect. 

Design Plan

We'll create a personalized design plan and vision board that brings your ideas together into a cohesive vision for your home.

Depending on your project, this may include lighting, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint colors, window treatments, furniture and other key selections. Each recommendation is thoughtfully curated to complement your personal style, the space and your budget, giving you a clear direction before you begin making purchases or moving forward with contractors.

Sourcing and Execution

Along with coordinating with contractors for measurements, specifications, and other project details, we'll help bring your design plan to life by sourcing the products and materials needed for your project, from appliances, cabinetry, and countertops to lighting, fixtures, flooring, and more. I'll help you compare options and make selections that complement your style, budget and timeline.

When contractors are involved, I can also help you identify and vet potential professionals, communicate your design expectations, and translate your vision into clear project expectations so everyone is working toward the same result.
